ABOUT AGUILAR ADVISORS

Dairon Aguilar is the Founder of Aguilar Advisors LLC, where he advises businesses and individuals on complex federal and international tax matters.

Mr. Aguilar has more than 12 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on federal and international tax, partnership taxation, and corporate tax. Prior to founding Aguilar Advisors, he spent 10+ years with Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm where he served as a Senior Director in the Miami Tax Practice.

Throughout his career, Mr. Aguilar has advised clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, retail, distribution, manufacturing, energy, private investment funds, entertainment, and ultra-high net-worth individuals. He has extensive experience assisting companies with the planning and implementation of multi-jurisdictional, tax-efficient structures and a large focus on international inbound and outbound planning for U.S. and foreign multinational corporations. He has also supported clients with tax reporting, compliance, and cross- border tax obligations related to new and existing business operations.

Mr. Aguilar is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
